The Job:
- To assist the ICT department in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company’s technology infrastructure while gaining practical exposure to IT operations and projects.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Help monitor system performance and report irregularities.
- Provide basic technical support and respond to user requests.
- Assist in updating and maintaining ICT documentation, inventories, and user manuals.
- Participate in ICT projects, such as system upgrades, data migration, or cybersecurity awareness campaigns.
- Involve in departmental projects, initiatives, or programs and support other tasks & activities as and when required.
The Person:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Keen to learn, a team player and have a good working attitude.
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
