We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Counsellor to join our Student Central Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing non-academic counselling services to students, supporting student engagement initiatives, and enhancing student well-being through various programs and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling sessions to students on non-academic matters, offering guidance and support.
- Plan and execute Orientation Day programs for new student intakes.
- Manage and oversee clubs and societies, ensuring smooth planning and execution of activities.
- Participate in School Outreach Programs (Motivational Talks) and lead CSR projects for students and staff.
- Plan and execute the College Open Day on a monthly basis to promote college initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in student counselling or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and student activities.
- Passion for student development and well-being.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
