The Student Services Admin cum Marketing Officer manages student registration processes, including admissions (MYSPIKE), ZAKAT, and PTPK loan applications, while also supporting marketing and promotional efforts to boost student enrolment. This role blends administrative responsibilities with marketing functions to ensure efficient student services and successful programme promotion.
1. Student Registration, Zakat & Loan Application
- Manage the entire student registration process, including application forms, document verification, and database updates.
- Provide guidance to students and parents on admission requirements, tuition fees, and payment procedures.
- Assist students with Zakat/financial aid applications and registration when needed.
- Liaise with relevant authorities or Zakat institutions to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Handle PTPK loan registration by helping students with applications, verifying documents, and coordinating with PTPK officers for approvals.
- Maintain and update records related to student enrolment, financial aid, and loan statuses.
- Offer counselling to students on available financial assistance and education funding options.
2. Student Services & Administration
- Serve as the primary contact for student-related enquiries and support services.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, invoices, receipts, and other official documents.
- Assist in organizing student orientation, briefings, and activities to promote student engagement.
- Coordinate with lecturers and academic staff on student matters, including attendance and academic progress.
- Ensure all student records are accurate, complete, and maintained confidentially.
3. Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to attract new students.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, updates, and promotional posts.
- Support the organization of education fairs, school visits, and open days to promote courses.
- Handle inquiries from prospective students, provide course details, and conduct follow-ups.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads in coordination with the marketing team.
- Manage agent-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain strong communication with agents to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and targets.
- Provide agents with updated promotional materials, product knowledge, and campaign details.
- Monitor agents’ sales performance and offer regular feedback or support as needed.
- Collect and analyze market feedback through agents’ networks to enhance future marketing strategies.
4. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Prepare monthly reports on student registration, PTPK loan status, and marketing performance.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and current students.
- Coordinate with finance, academic, and other departments to ensure smooth student operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
