Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Support & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for students’ non-academic queries and concerns.
- Coordinate student onboarding, orientation sessions, and engagement activities.
- Collect and analyze student feedback to identify areas of improvement in student services.
2. Academic Coordination
- Facilitate communication between students and teachers regarding schedules, class arrangements, and academic updates.
- Assist teachers with administrative support related to classes, attendance, and student progress tracking.
- Support the implementation of academic policies and procedures across teaching teams.
3. General Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of student data, attendance, and academic progress.
- Help coordinate events, workshops, and seminars involving both internal and external parties.
- Ensure effective internal communication across departments for smooth operations.
- Other administrative support, for example International Student Visa & Immigration Support
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Preferably more than 1 year of working experience in related field or relevant industries.
- Good understanding of current trends and issues in international students’ and policies related to international students.
- Able to liaise effectively with parents / guardians from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maturity, integrity and resourcefulness are essential.
- Experience working in an international school environment.
