Key Responsibilities
- Assist with international student applications and documentation.
- Liaise with EMGS and Immigration for visa matters and compliance.
- Maintain and update student records accurately.
- Provide student support and guidance on arrival and during their studies.
- Assist with orientation, welfare, and communication with parents/students.
- Support the management team with other related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Administration, Education, or related field.
- Prior experience in student affairs, administration, or visa processing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with online systems.
- Able to work independently with attention to detail.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling between Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm).
- Salary: RM 1,500 – RM 2,000 per month (depending on experience and hours).
- EPF & SOCSO contributions provided.
