Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruitment to actively engage in student enrollment initiatives. This role is responsible for attracting prospective students to our university through targeted marketing strategies, roadshows, school visits, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, marketing acumen, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment & Outreach:
- Proactively recruit prospective students through school roadshows, exhibitions, and on-ground promotional events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school counselors, students, and parents.
- Represent the university at various external events and education fairs locally and regionally.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Conceive and execute efficient, creative, and intuitive marketing strategies tailored for student recruitment.
- Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns via social media, TV, digital platforms, brochures, and other media.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to develop compelling promotional materials.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate student trends, brand awareness, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and recruitment data to inform future strategies.
- Customer Engagement & Surveys:
- Initiate and manage surveys to assess student and parent expectations, satisfaction, and preferences.
- Use data insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness and engagement levels.
- Collaboration & Budgeting:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure consistent branding and communication.
- Assist in budget preparation for marketing and recruitment campaigns and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent people skills and communication
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
