Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Backup and restore data as needed.
- Provide technical support to staff and customers .
- Document repairs, installations, and configurations for reference.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (10AM – 7PM)
- Location: No. 37, Jalan BP 7/2, Bandar Bukit Puchong, 47120 Puchong Selangor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
