- Handle inbound and outbound communication

- Provide accurate product or service information, resolve inquiries, and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, empathetic, and professional support
- Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases to relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, privacy policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
