Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Shift: Rotational (24/7, including weekends & public holidays)

About the Role
Join our 24/7 support team and help clients and tour leaders across the globe. You’ll provide fast, polite, and effective support via phone, chat, and email — making sure every travel experience runs smoothly!
What You’ll Do
- Handle calls, live chats, and emails from clients and tour leaders
- Work rotating shifts (including midnight, weekends, and holidays)
- Resolve travel-related issues during tours in real time
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and MIKI offices
- Provide emergency support and troubleshooting
- Share booking info and send hotel confirmations if needed
- Support other departments and tasks assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including night and holidays
- Diploma holders: At least 1 year of customer service experience
- SPM holders: At least 3 years of experience
- Travel or hotel industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office
