Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will provide professional and efficient support to our healthcare customers through non-voice and occasional voice channels.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Diploma or higher education preferred.
- SPM holders with 6 months relevant BPO customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Other Competencies:
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Adaptable to rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary up to 4.5k +KPI Allowances

Work Location: KL Sentral
Working Hours: Permanent Midnight Shift, Mon- Sun (Rotational Shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
