Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, fees collection and documentation
Print and prepare worksheets and learning materials
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to walk-in and online inquiries (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Assist in marketing tasks such as social media updates and simple promotional activities
Coordinate and schedule student assessments
Arrange class schedules and support teachers with class planning
Ensure the centre’s daily operational needs are met and running smoothly
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Able to multitask and work independently
Friendly, organised, and has a strong sense of responsibility
Experience in admin or education setting is an advantage
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Tuesday-Saturday
Salary Range: RM3000–RM4000 (depending on experience)
