Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker

• Handle inbound and outbound communication
• via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms in
• Mandarin and English
• Provide accurate product or service information, resolve inquiries, and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, empathetic, and professional support
• Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases to relevant departments
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, privacy policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
