Client Industry: IT solutions and Managed IT Services Provider
Location: Subang Jaya (exactly next to BRT Sunway Line station)
Working Date: Monday-Sunday (6 days working)
Working Hours: 6am-3pm; 9am-6pm; 1pm-10pm; 5:30pm-2:30am; 9pm-6am
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and handle customer inquiries via calls and e-mails till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.
- Ensure the data are accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Education SPM or above
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
