Job Purpose
As part of the young talent strategy, create a funnel of young talent pipeline for the company by engaging Universities and Colleges, this role will also support the Head of Resourcing and Employer Branding on Senior Hiring as well as support on-going submission of HR Awards and competition submission.
Campus Engagement
- Manage and execute a comprehensive campus engagement strategy across targeted universities and colleges.
- Build strong relationships with career services, student bodies, and academic faculties to promote the company’s employer brand.
- Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Comms to design and distribute engaging recruitment collateral and social media content for early talent attraction.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Enhance the company’s employer brand to appeal specifically to early-career talent. This includes communicating a unique value proposition that resonates with students' career aspirations.
- Design and execute targeted digital campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to reach a wider student audience.
- Utilise talent marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of all branding efforts and refine strategies based on data.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by identifying and engaging with students from key academic programs and disciplines.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations including interview scheduling, offer processing, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure accurate recruitment data tracking and reporting through ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Review and continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Provide operational support to the broader Talent Acquisition team during peak periods.
Talent Mapping & Sourcing
- Conduct talent mapping to build strategic pipelines for key roles and emerging skill sets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to support proactive sourcing for high-demand or hard-to-fill positions.
- Maintain and update talent databases and sourcing reports for workforce planning purposes.
Awards & Employer Branding Submissions
- Manage and coordinate submissions for external employer awards, rankings, and recognitions.
- Draft compelling and concise written content that showcases company achievements and HR initiatives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather data, testimonials, and success stories for award entries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Campus Engagement, or related fields.
- Proven experience in campus recruitment or university engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, particularly in preparing award submissions or internal reports.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS platforms, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
- Self-starter with high energy, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing or supporting HR award submissions or HR marketing campaigns.
- Prior exposure to graduate recruitment programs or talent pipelining strategies.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and process optimization
