- Organize internal production scheduling of Power Manufacturing Center according to monthly plan
- Coordinate & resolve internal delivery conflicts to ensure on-time shipments
- Control material inventory levels & handle on material storage management
- Develop department training plans & allocate employee workloads based on work demands
- Responsible on improvement of department job descriptions
