Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with universities, student bodies, and youth communities to organize Campus Career Fairs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in higher education and career development offices.
- Client Acquisition & Management
- Source and onboard corporate clients, employers, and sponsors to participate in campus events.
- Present compelling business proposals and customized solutions for employers to attract young talent.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat participation.
- Event Planning Support
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and recruitment) to plan and execute campus career fairs smoothly.
- Provide input on event themes, logistics, and engagement activities.
- Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor recruitment trends and graduate employment insights to develop relevant partnerships and strategies.
- Track event KPIs and prepare performance reports for internal review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, event sales, or recruitment marketing.
- Strong networking skills with experience dealing with universities and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about youth employment and talent development.
- Willing to travel for campus events when required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in event planning or education-related initiatives.
- Familiarity with the graduate job market and campus ecosystems.
- A good network in higher education institutions across Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
