Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Computer literate

Responsibilities
- Responsible for posting job advertisements on various platforms including job boards, social media, and the company’s official website.
- Liaise with manpower supply agencies, universities and other recruitment channels to source suitable candidates.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and relevant interviewers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Perform background checks, including reference checks and employment history verification.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
- Coordinate and support career fairs, recruitment drives and other employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and systems to support organizational goals.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation and maintenance of Human Resources and Recruitment records.
- Handle all necessary HR-related paperwork and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and additional duties as assigned by the superior or manager from time to time
