The Opportunity
The Manager, Talent Advisory & Engagement, provides leadership to the Talent Advisory & Engagement team in the delivery of high-level and professional HR services and effective achievement of people and organisational strategy in alignment with HR strategies and business objectives to key stakeholders. The incumbent provides expert advice at both strategic and operational levels while collaborating closely with the management, business leaders and central HR leaders.
The Manager, Talent Advisory & Engagement operates with excellence and expertise in process and judgement to provide sound and timely advice and support to team members, staff and other stakeholders.
Reporting Line: The position reports to the Director, Human Resources
