Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and sales-driven Telemarketing Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our beauty team. The CSO will play a key role in driving new customer consultations, following up with existing clients to secure repeat appointments, and handling customer enquiries with professionalism. This role directly contributes to achieving outlet sales targets and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition & New Consultations
- Proactively contact potential customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Promote trial packages, ongoing promotions, and treatment benefits to secure new consultation bookings.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for new consult appointments set by management.

- Existing Customer Follow-Up
- Follow up with current clients after their treatments to encourage repeat bookings.
- Remind clients of upcoming appointments and promote suitable treatment packages.
- Build strong client relationships to increase loyalty and long-term retention.

- Enquiry Handling & Customer Service
- Answer incoming calls and messages promptly, providing accurate treatment information.
- Address customer concerns and objections in a professional, persuasive manner.
- Ensure high standards of service and maintain a positive brand image.

- Sales Performance & KPI Achievement
- Work closely with outlet managers and consultants to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Track personal performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments or packages based on customer needs.

- Administrative & Reporting
- Accurately record all customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide daily and weekly updates on telemarketing performance and results.
- Support sales campaigns and participate in sales meetings/brainstorming sessions.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
