Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Malaysia Skills Certificate (Electrical or related field)
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in maintenance planning, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Good knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and update preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Assist in compiling maintenance reports and work order documentation
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper filing of electrical maintenance data
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team and supervisors
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior
