Responsibilities:
- Support customer through onboarding via calls, virtual sessions, or in-person
- Guide customer on how to use the app or system efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Handle both inbound and outbound communications, including tickets and phone support
- Troubleshoot technical issues faced by customer
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in front-line customer support is a plus
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) & English

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
