WMA is a fast-growing education and business consultancy offering HRD Corp-claimable training programs and digital learning solutions. We're expanding our digital team and looking for a creative, skilled Web Designer & Developer who can bring our brand and platforms to life—especially for our Chinese-speaking market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging websites, landing pages, and campaign pages aligned with WMA’s branding and marketing goals.
- Maintain and update existing company websites, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and speed.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design UI/UX that enhances user experience and engagement.
- Implement SEO best practices and basic analytics tracking on websites.
- Design web visuals, banners, and graphics for digital campaigns.
- Assist in integrating third-party tools such as forms, chat widgets, and CRM plugins.
- Ensure Chinese-language pages are accurate, attractive, and culturally appropriate.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Web Design, Web Development, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms).
- Strong eye for design, layout, and UI/UX best practices.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma/Canva.
- Able to communicate and write in Mandarin and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred (fresh grads with portfolio are welcome).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
