Positions: Operation Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of Procurement documentations which include Purchase Orders, Tax Invoices and Delivery Orders, coordinating goods delivery, and managing payment collections.
- Take ownership for queries and be responsible for case opening and closing (end to end) and provide the first and final point of contact for the customer.
- Coordination with Suppliers and Logistics for deliveries.
- Maintain office inventory report.
- Oversee statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), benefits administration, and employee records. (Time and attendance tracking)
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including handle agreement, and/or any related Operations and HR documents.
- Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records.
- Responsible for full spectrum of Talent Acquisition function, including job posting and candidate sourcing.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate employees' onboarding and offboarding process.
- Ensure all IT, workspace, and necessary tools are arranged for new employees prior to their start date.
- Coordinate in training-related matters.
- Provide general support to Operations and HR Manager when required.
Job Requirements
- Priority to candidate with administration, and/or IT / relevant field experiences.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - training will be provided.
- Have good communication skills, be meticulous and organized in your work, and be able to work well with tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to start immediately or short notice will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
