About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and dependable Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager in overseeing all our outlets. You’ll play a crucial role in making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly — from scheduling and stock follow-ups to hiring support and team coordination.
No experience in F&B? No problem. As long as you’re proactive, willing to learn, and good at getting things done — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination
- Track attendance, leave applications, and outlet staffing needs
- Support hiring (filtering resumes, arranging interviews)
- Communicate with outlet team leaders on updates, issues, and training
- Follow up on stock requests and supplier communications
- Help document and organise SOPs, training materials, and team documents
- Occasionally visit outlets for audits, training, or team check-ins
Requirements
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic admin tools
- Able to commute within Klang Valley (minimal travel)
- Able to work weekends
- Fresh grads encouraged to apply

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
