Operation Executive
Location : Cheras C180
Client Relations & Communication
- Serve as the main liaison for customer, property owners, vendors, and service partners.
- Manage daily communications via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and internal systems. (check in check out)
- Ensure all client and partner inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Operational Support
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (cleaning, maintenance, event,guest services) to meet service expectations.
- Track bookings, resolve issues, monitor payments, and manage follow-up tasks efficiently.
Social media marketing
- Handling fb, xhs, tiktok. Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow up effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident and people-oriented.
