Job Title: IT Support Coordinator (3–6 Month Contract)

Salary: RM2000 – RM2200 (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Coordinator to join our client’s team on a short-term contract basis. This role involves coordinating IT-related tasks and supporting end-users through various communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate ad hoc IT support tasks with users via Teams, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Perform data entry into internal systems (e.g., user name, department, contact info, device serial numbers, etc.)
- Remotely configure machines and perform basic disk space cleanup
- Communicate effectively with internal users to provide timely updates and solutions
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and English communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and basic IT tools
- Basic understanding of IT support and systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
