1. To handle incoming call
2. To handle fax, emails & mails
3. Daily and weekly admin duties
4. To complete applications, surveys and other submissions
5. Housekeeping
- To file office documents eg. delivery orders, invoices, memos, photocopy machine reports, etc.
- To assist Managers to transfer paper files for transfer to document room.
- To arrange for document disposal periodically.
- To assist in refilling of paper in photocopy machine.
6. Other duties
- To order staff lunch & arrangement daily (Chinese food/vendor)
- To record & renewal for permits, license, insurance policy & etc.
- To update time cards, leaves forms, medical certificates in TMS system & excel schedule.
- To act as back up for admin staff when they are on leave.
7 . Transfer - To willingly accept transfer to another department as per designated manager’s instruction.
8. Compliance - To comply and follow all company rules and policies as set forth in the Employees’ Handbook.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
