Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, physical capability to perform office-related tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Handle physical and digital filing
Support logistics, errands, and stock/parcel handling
Maintain office cleanliness and supplies
Prepare reports and documents (MS Word, Excel, Forms)
Assist in day-to-day office coordination
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent
Physically fit and able to do manual office tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Forms
Independent, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Able to start in August 2025
