Job Summary
As the Business Support Admin, you will assist the Business Development (BD) team with franchise paperwork, landlord coordination, licensing applications, and general admin tasks. You help keep everything organized and on track for new store openings and franchise growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Documents
- Prepare and file documents: LOI, offer letters, franchise agreements, tenancy agreements
- Handle document stamping and signing
- Keep digital and physical files well organized
2. Leasing & Legal Support
- Contact landlords, leasing agents, and malls for new outlets
- Help check basic lease terms
- Coordinate with legal advisors when needed
- Track legal documents and renewals
3. Prospect & Franchisee Support
- Follow up with franchise prospects
- Update status of leads and BD pipeline
- Help prepare onboarding kits for new franchisees
4. Licensing Applications
- Apply for business, signboard, food handling, and premise licenses
- Submit and track documents with relevant authorities
- Follow up until approval is received
5. Communication & Reminders
- Communicate clearly via email, WhatsApp, or phone with landlords, franchisees, and team
- Follow up on deadlines, approvals, and license renewals
6. Team Admin & Events
- Support the BD team with admin work
- Assist during franchise expos or outlet launches
- Update weekly reports on tasks, leasing, and new locations
7. Commission Tracking
- Help track successful deals
- Work with BD Project Manager to record commissions accurately
_ What We’re Looking For_
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1–2 years of admin, BD, or leasing experience (F&B is a plus)
- Good with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Speaks good English & BM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
