Are you a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual? We’re looking for a Male Admin Assistant to join our team and support daily operations, especially in handling administrative and foreign worker-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and purchasing duties
- Coordinate company vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing
- Manage office supplies and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Assist with HR-related tasks, particularly attendance tracking for foreign workers
- Provide support on foreign worker matters, including documentation and coordination
- Submit courier and parcels
- Monitor housekeeping (cleaner and gardener)
Requirements:
- Male candidate
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible, punctual, and able to multitask
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or minimum 1 year working experiences
