Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system (ZohoBooks).
- Assist for reconciliation tasks.
- Review and organize bills and payment-related documents.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and ensure they are updated.
- Support annual audit processes by providing required documents and information.
- Prepare for monthly payroll and statutory contribution.
- Monitor and purchase office supplies such as stationery and other necessities.
- Coordinate and make bookings for outsource cleaner service.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and account software.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Able to WORK IMMEDIATELY. URGENT HIRING.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
