- Provide high quality service for Incoming calls from customers and prospects
- Leads, quotes or orders
- Leads registration, qualification and distribution
- Selected quote creation, follow-up, revision and closing
- Nurturing of high-value leads and high-potential dormant customers
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas
- To sell consumables and small quotes follow-up on selected accounts via phone and electronic media
- Able to resolve basic product problems faced by the customers
- Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in CRM system.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree preferable in Sciences/Chemical/Chemistry/Pharma Engineering (or a related/equivalent field)
- Fresh grads welcome, or minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position or in a technical position
- Understanding of sales & distribution with basic project management skills
- Good command of Mandarin and English.
1.5 months contractual bonus + performance bonus
