Position: Telesales (Machine Cashier Product)
Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Saturdays (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Location: SW-03-38 Cova Square, Jalan Teknologi, Kota Damansara 47810 Petaling Jaya Selangor
Job Description:
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls and convert leads into sales.
- Manage and track progress of all leads provided, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Regularly update the founder on sales progress, challenges, and client feedback to improve the sales strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep updated with industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' offerings to adjust sales tactics as necessary.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies.
- Assist in refining and contributing ideas to the sales strategy based on client feedback and market research.
- Attend face-to-face appointments with clients to negotiate and close deals, when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
