Job Description
(a) Perform chemical, microbiological, and physical analysis on food samples.
(b) Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
(c) Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 17025, and food regulatory standards.
(d) Maintain accurate and timely documentation of test results and records.
(e) Assist in calibration and verification of laboratory instruments.
(f) Support troubleshooting and investigation of product non-conformance or complaints.
(g) Collaborate with QA, production, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
(h) Ensure cleanliness, safety, and good housekeeping in the lab.
(i) Other add-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements
a) Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
b) Details oriented.
c) Familiar with standard lab procedures and use of lab instruments.
d) Basic computer literacy.
e) Understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO, and local food safety laws.
