Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing kitchen staff and daily operations
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Support menu development, costing, and seasonal specials
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
