- Assisting with the preparation and baking of a wide range of bakery items.
- Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to established recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
- Operating and maintaining various bakery equipment, such as mixers, proofers, and ovens
- Assisting with the decorating and finishing of products for display and service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assisting with inventory, including monitoring stock levels and proper storage of ingredients.
- Working closely with the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs, taking direction and following instructions.
