- To achieve the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the achievement of gross profit targets, maintain a safe and hygienic work station environment.
- Train/develop colleagues and provide effective internal service.
- Production schedule and staff arrangement
- Ordering & monitoring of raw materials/packaging
- Monitor work flow
- Interface with various departments and production troubleshooting
- Maintain time and production records
- Maintain high standards of quality
- Ensure all sanitation and safety guidelines
- (Added advantage if posses QA background, more than 2 years experience in food manufacturing)
- Willing to work in KKIP
