As the Pastry & Bakery Sous Chef, you will assist the Pastry Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the pastry and bakery section. You will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts that meet our brand standards and guest expectations. You will supervise and support a team of pastry chefs and bakers, ensuring consistency, creativity, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
