Daily Production
- Assist with preparation of pastry items: doughs, batters, fillings, and garnishes.
- Carry out assigned mise-en-place and ensure all items are prepared as per production schedule.
- Support setup for buffets, banquets, and display counters as required.
Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of the pastry kitchen, utensils, and cold storage areas at all times.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation procedures strictly (HACCP standards).
- Properly store all ingredients and finished items using clear labeling.
Learning & Support
- Learn and apply correct methods for mixing, baking, glazing, molding, and decorating under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.
- Ask questions and seek feedback to improve pastry skills and product knowledge.
- Assist in inventory checks, portioning, and deliveries as required.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
