Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and well-connected professional to attract investors and strategic partners to our farm. This is a 100% commission-based role with profit-sharing or partnership options for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential investors (RM500k–RM3 million range)
- Present our business model, sustainability initiatives, and growth roadmap
- Build strategic partnerships with retailers, supermarkets, and corporate buyers
- Manage investor communications and ensure transparency in updates
- Assist in negotiation and closing of investment deals
Requirements
- Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, or high-value sales
- Strong network of HNWIs, corporate executives, or institutional investors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for sustainability and agriculture is a plus
Compensation
- 100% commission-based earnings (generous percentage from secured investments)
- Optional partnership stake for exceptional performance
