We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Executive (Payroll) to manage payroll processes and support HR operations. The role involves ensuring accurate salary computation, statutory compliance, and timely payroll delivery, while assisting with HR administration and employee queries.
Job Responsibilities :
- Update employee profile in system & maintain the employee personal file.
- Monthly outlet attendance checking.
- Assist in the full cycle of monthly payroll and reporting.
- New outlet statutory registration.
- Management of client’s HR system, such as Leave, Sick leave, Overtime, clock time, etc
- Prepares correspondence letters – offer letters, appointment letters, promotion and or increment letters, confirmation letters, acceptance of resignation letters, employees’ verification letters and etc.
- Preparation HR related matters or enquiries.
- Ad hoc activities as and when required
Requirement :
- Diploma holder or relevant certificates/experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in attendance checking, preferably in outsourcing environment or have managed large employees’ payroll
- Good in calculation skill and caution.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experience in payroll software & able to process multiples payroll
- Training will be provided
- Initiative, meticulous, organised and able to work independently with limited supervision
- Posses own transport and willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
