- Responsible for payroll processing via Flex HRM Payroll system in a timely manner
- Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, unpaid leaves, other deductions and allowances
- Answer employees' questions about wages, attendance, benefits and others
- Prepare all necessary documentation in respect of Payroll / EPF / SOCSO and income tax deductions (e.g. preparing EA for income tax filing purpose)
- Ensure the Statutory payments transactions are submitted to governmental departments and insurance companies within the timeframe
- Liaise with HR on the employee movement (new hire, resignation, unpaid leave, staff repayment, overtime, bonus/AWS payout etc) and update their information accordingly into internal databases.
- Ensure all payroll journals are posted monthly in a timely manner
- Prepare staff salary, merit increment, bonus for fiscal year budget process
- Maintain the accuracy and confidentially of payroll reports for record-keeping purposes

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Job role in Payroll Officer or equivalent
