Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating restocking, and managing cash handling procedures.
- Preparing reports on daily activities, employee performance, and any incidents or irregularities.
- Managing employee schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels for the shift.
- Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the shift, including operational problems and employee conflicts.
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing/logistics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and production processes.
- willing to do 2 rotate shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
