- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and update payroll data including leave, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports and bank files for salary disbursement.
- Generate and distribute payslips and maintain proper payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare invoice
- Prepare documentation for audit
- Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary
