Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the EMS industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Personnel, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EMS/COEM/OEM sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the EMS industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Participate in E&E show to introduce PgP1,Penang to customer around the world from difference segment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the EMS industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing services and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
