- Promote and market company products to existing and new clients
- Identify and explore new market opportunities (local & international)
- Prepare sales quotations, presentations, and marketing reports
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Work closely with internal teams on marketing campaigns and client requirements
- Conducting presentation of company services to clients and follow up
- Assist in generating quotation and comply with the sales order processing procedure to ensure that the whole process runs smoothly from start to end
- To liaise with Logistics Department for delivery to customers
- Attending to customers' enquiries by phone or email
- Proper filing of documents to ensure easy retrieval of document and information
- Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by immediate superior
