Job Scope:
- Follow up on leads generated by Acquisition Leads
- Assist with all documentation and steps needed to register sellers with SPX (account creation/contract signing etc.)
- Perform proper handover of acquired sellers to backend relationship management team after seller incubation period
- Perform regular outreach to sellers to obtain seller feedback and maintain minimal seller churn
- Undertake regular travel to meet with leads
Proactively identify and pursue additional leads independently, beyond those provided
Job Requirements:
- Willing to travel including but not limited to KV area and have own transport
- Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken
- Good relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Able to pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales target
- Outgoing personality and good negotiation skill
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service is a plus
- Open for fresh graduates with diploma/degree level education or above
Workstation: Based on assigned area [Refer NSS Vacancy]
- Mileage claim applicable for business travel
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary Package:
- Basic: RM2,500
- KPI Incentives: Up to RM1,000
- Statutory Benefits: As per Employment Act (EA)
