Customer Service Call Centre Agent

Job Details:
- Position: Call Centre Agent (CS Partner Service – Food Delivery)
- Work Location: Menara Public Bank 2, Raja Chulan
- Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Night shifts included)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary: RM3,200
- +Language Allowance: RM200 (Cantonese)
- +Travelling Allowance: RM300
- +KPI Incentive: RM300
- +Perfect Attendance Allowance: RM200
- +Night Shift Bonus: Additional RM15/night
Key Responsibilities:
- - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email & live chat (only when required).
- - Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- - Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
- - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- - Meet performance targets (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Requirements:
- - Education: SPM/Diploma or above (any field).
- - Experience: 6 months in call centre (preferred), but FRESH GRADS are welcomed
- - Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
- - Soft Skills: Problem-solving, calm under pressure, detail-oriented.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
