Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s existing brands and support the launch of new products into the market.
- Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure the sales team meets assigned targets and goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and recommend improvements to support marketing objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize market data to prepare accurate and insightful reports.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies in line with company objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and exploring new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry developments by attending trainings, conferences, and workshops, and keeping up with relevant publications.

Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (candidates with strong sales experience will also be considered).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales; experience in the lighting industry will be an advantage.
- Must have own transportation and a valid driving license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales/marketing teams.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities with problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to travel when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
