Job Scope:
- Follow up on leads provided by Acquisition Leads
- Assist with seller registration for SPX, including account creation and contract signing
- Ensure proper handover of acquired sellers to the backend relationship management team after the incubation period
- Conduct regular outreach to sellers to gather feedback and minimize churn
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in both Malay and English (spoken and written)
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Confident in pitching, with strong sales orientation
- Outgoing with solid negotiation abilities
- Basic Excel skills (data entry & spreadsheet management)
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage
- Open to fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree and above)
Workstation: Menara Southpoint (with travel when required)
- Mileage claim applicable for business travel
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary Package:
- Basic: RM2,500
- KPI Incentives: Up to RM1,000
- Statutory Benefits: As per Employment Act (EA)
- Extension of 9 months upon successful probation
